Gerardo Gato

Gerardo Gato is Executive Vice President of Finance for RKW Residential. He has over 20 years of experience leading accounting and finance activities for several entities. Prior to joining RKW, Gerardo was the COO and CFO of Monument Capital Management, an A-Rod Corp subsidiary, which managed several real estate funds and various joint ventures with over $800M in real estate assets throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the US. Previously, he also held CFO position at the Adler Group, one of South Florida's largest and most successful real estate companies with developments and holdings across all the real estate sectors, such as residential, retail, office and industrial. Gerardo received his Masters of Science in Real Estate and Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University. He is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate and an Argus Certified Professional.
