Laura Rodriguez is a Senior Vice President for RKW overseeing operations and strategy for RKW's entire portfolio. She brings over 28 years of experience in the multifamily industry including serving as the EVP for Housing Trust Group, one of the larger affordable housing developers in Florida, for 4 years. She stewarded the launch of 21 new assets all leased up with perfect compliance. Laura's experience spans from garden, mid-rise and high-rise communities, both stabilized and lease-ups, conventional affordable and workforce housing.
