I left RKW after my 1-year anniversary, but it was only a short month later that they were welcoming me back to the team. See, when you genuinely care about people it shows. And at RKW I knew that I had people who genuinely cared about my success and well-being. They've built a culture that feels like family and I've never regretted my decision to come back "home".

I've been with RKW since the very beginning. Starting as a Groundskeeper and now a Maintenance Supervisor, I can honestly say that RKW truly values and invests in its employees. They've created a team culture where everyone feels heard, appreciated and a part of the success of the company. They recognize hard work and create opportunities for growth. I'm proud to say I work here, at RKW!

Since joining RKW, I've taken on new challenges and responsibilities (with my promotion to Assistant Manager) which have helped me further develop my skills and expertise.
