RKW Residential to Manage Upscale Charlotte Community

June 15, 2016 – The 82-unit boutique community Cedar Flats is currently in the lease-up phase. Charlotte, N.C.—RKW Residential recently added a new multifamily community to its property management portfolio called Cedar Flats. The uptown Charlotte 82-unit boutique community is in the lease-up phase. Cedar Flats was built by Hendrick Construction and is owned and co-developed by Delray Ventures and The Boulevard Co.

Located at 225 N. Cedar St., Cedar Flats is located within walking distance of Gateway Village, Romare Bearden Park and a slew of dining and entertainment options.

Featuring one- and two-bedroom units, Cedar Flats offers a range of residential amenities such as controlled access, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, swimming pool and 90 parking spaces. According to Yardi Matrix, monthly rents range between $1,356 for a 659-square-foot apartment and $2,271 for a 1,214-square-foot apartment.
